Sci-fi thriller set in a future dystopia, where replacement organs can be bought on credit. But if you fail to make the payments, heavies are sent to repossess them. Jude Law plays a repo man who goes on the run from his employers after he fails to pay for a replacement heart. Forest Whitaker is his ex-partner, chasing him down to get back that heart.
