ive been spending most of my time crying because i lost my bestfriend a few weeks ago. this movie made such a difference!! im adicted to Greek movies, involving the gods and loved the casting for the movie! you totaly need to watch this! love, magic, gods.. what else do you need?

My husband and I still talk about this movie. It had the most original ending EVER! Totally made us fall in love with the characters and then WOW!! Totally need to see this movie, if not for Robert Pattinson but for the well written screenplay and acting by all.

Can be slow in parts however it had good acting, interesting storyline, with the bonus of great chemistry between Pattinson and de Ravin. Needed the tissues a couple of times. Only in the end of the movie does the reason behind the name of the movie become clear.

The relevance of the film's title only becomes clear at the film's ill-conceived end, in a dragged out sequence that totally overshadows the film's already flakey premise. The best thing that can be said of the film is that it is well intentioned, but a hard nosed script editor should have torn it to shreds and got writer Will Fetters to rework it. Or get a better idea.

Seemingly designed as a platform for everybody’s favourite hunky vampire, Robert Pattinson, to deliver a breakout thespian showcase, Remember Me never gets out of first gear. Pattinson is a serviceable enough romantic lead, in a poor man’s James Dean kind of way, but problems elsewhere prevent the film from reaching its potential.
For the majority of the film, the good outweighs the bad. Romantic seduction is integrated into the darker tenets of drama in a way that enhances both elements, despite a lack of onscreen chemistry between the lead couple. Comic relief comes at the right times and is a nice counterpoint to the bleaker human emotions that the story explores. Big name supporting cast members Pierce Brosnan and Chris Cooper are solid in their roles, although the latter seems a little down from his usual high standards.
It’s the ending that is the film’s biggest downfall. Without going into too much detail about the plot’s biggest twist, it’s so poorly executed that it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Conceptually, it’s not a bad idea but it’s overplayed with such a heavy hand that it induces groans rather than gasps. Robert Pattinson fans should be happy enough, though, and one suspects that this was the main goal all along.
